    in public speaking and discourse after overcoming a stuttering
    condition
  • Elected Governor of Arkansas Boys State as a teenager
  • Consecrated to the Office of Bishop in 2014 by Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake
  • Served as Adjutant General of the Church of God in Christ from 2016 – 2021, leading the National Adjutancy Corps to exponential growth
  • Appointed as Prelate of the St. Maarten Rehoboth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction in 2019
  • Assistant Dean of the Episcopal Academy, training and mentoring newly appointed Bishops
  • Three-decade career in government, serving in various roles under four Arkansas Governors
  • Member of the Arkansas State University System Board of Trustees, overseeing a $338 million annual budget (maximum $400 million) and 38,000 students (maximum 40,000 students)
  • Happily married to Lady Michelle Parham Rudolph, supporting his pastoral ministry of 26 years

    • Successfully lobbied U S Department of Agriculture for $1 million for the Urban Forestry
    • Program which announced recently by the Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack
  • Assistant Dean for Mentorship, Episcopal Academy, 2021 – Present
  • Instructs and mentors newly appointed bishops
  • Adjutant General, Church Of God In Christ, 2017 – 2021
    • Directed National Adjutancy to a membership of 2500+ yearly and maintained communication with church leaders
  • Served as Assistant General Secretary for Records
    • Led the drive of maintaining the national archives
  • Local Chairman, 2017 COGIC National Leadership Conference, Little Rock, Arkansas
    • Chaired executive committee, ensured participation of jurisdictions
